To register, you must:
1. Ensure your business is onboarded as a Reporting Entity
Your business is already onboarded if it appears on this Reporting Entity List.
Not on the list?
- Check if section 5 of the AML/CFT Act captures your business as a reporting entity.
- Complete the correct enrolment form.
Financial Service Providers enrolment form.
Designated Non-Financial Business and Professions enrolment form. - Email the completed enrolment form to amlcft@dia.govt.nz.
2. Have a RealMe Login
RealMe is a government authentication and identity verification service.

3. Contact Te Tari Taiwhenua Department of Internal Affairs to access AML Online.
To request an activation link, please contact amlcft@dia.govt.nz.
Include the following information in your email:
- Your first and last name
- The name of the reporting entity you work for or their NZBN
- Your role within the organisation
- Complete the enrolment form and attach to your email including with the information above. You can download the enrolment forms from the above links.
A member of the AML/CFT group will send you an activation link when your account is ready.
